Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu –Boudhanath Stupa
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After a short rest, begin your cultural exploration with a visit to the peaceful Kopan Monastery, one of Nepal's most respected Tibetan Buddhist monasteries overlooking the Kathmandu Valley. Continue to the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Observe monks chanting prayers, spinning prayer wheels, and pilgrims walking around the stupa before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2
Fly to Paro (Bhutan) – Drive to Thimphu
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your scenic flight to Paro, offering spectacular aerial views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest on clear days. Upon arrival in Bhutan, complete immigration formalities and meet your Bhutanese guide. Drive approximately one and a half hours through picturesque valleys to Thimphu, the charming capital of Bhutan. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a leisurely walk through the town, visit local markets, or simply relax while experiencing Bhutan's peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 3
Thimphu Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Bhutan's fascinating capital city. Visit the National Memorial Chorten, one of the country's most important religious monuments where local devotees gather daily for prayer. Continue to the impressive Buddha Dordenma, one of the world's tallest seated Buddha statues, overlooking the Thimphu Valley. Visit the Traditional Arts School, local handicraft centers, Tashichho Dzong (subject to government access), and other cultural attractions.
